R.O.C.C. Fund (Reduce Overpopulation of Cats and Canines)
This program was created to address the overwhelming need for communities to encourage spaying and neutering of its pets and stray pet population. Pet sterilization (spay/neuter) of dogs and cats can solve so many of the issues facing communities, animal welfare organizations, and governmental animal agencies. By limiting the number of stray animals, municipalities can significantly reduce the annual spending on animal control. The R.O.C.C. Fund has been established to subsidize the spay and neuter of pets owned by qualifying persons, such as the elderly or individuals considered low-income by poverty guidelines as published by the US Government and Human Services.
