The Humane Society of Columbiana County, Inc. (HSCC) is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that strives to improve the quality of life for homeless, abused and neglected animals. We promote responsible animal ownership in Columbiana County by educating the public about proper veterinary care, animal welfare issues. We sponsor a trained, sworn humane agent who strives to educate and assist pet owners and when necessary act to ensure the well-being of an animal. Along with preventing the euthanasia of adoptable companion animals we provide programs that aid in the reduction of pet over-populations. Our goal is to adopt companion and domesticated animals into lifelong homes. The Humane Society of Columbiana County is the founder and proud member of the Animal Welfare Coalition of Columbiana County which has as its goal the accomplishment of making Columbiana County Ohio’s first “No-Kill”
county.

URGENT YOUR IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED
Dallas and his sister Lilu came to the Humane Society with a severe case of parvo, after several days at the hospital on IV fluids and round the clock care little Lulu did not pull through, but her twin brother Dallas did. Since his parvo treatment Dallas has been suffering intestinal problems. With all these medical expenses the Humane Society is asking all animals lovers to please donate to the care of little Dallas. So we, as well as the great doctors working with his can continue to get him back to a healthy state, and give this little guy a chance for a long loving life. To donate, you can click our donation link or stop in and get a tour of our facility.
