In recognition of Spay Day USA 2012, a nationwide event, the Humane Society of Columbiana County (HSCC) will host the sixth Tom Cat Special at the Community Animal Clinic in East Liverpool on March 3rd, where up to 85 male cats will be neutered and vaccinated against Rabies for $17 each. Spots are still available, and will be confirmed when payment is received.
